Update: Several Roses return from the dead and it is almost midnight so I don't care about fixing the flipped eastern lanes pictures
On the west: White Rose returns and is back in the lead. Black Rose returns and isn't. Red Hyacinth and Pink Rose also add flowers.
On the east: Black Rose is back in the east too as Red Hyacinth also adds a flower here and Orange Windflower adds three
