have you considered: dozens of google docs+sheets, open files in your OS's simple text editor and also two other similar programs, gmail Tasks, browser tabs, a private Discord server where you send things to yourself, Twitter bookmarks you never look at, and a trail of not-technically-defunct previous devices and external hard drives scattered around, each with their own similar-but-slightly-different organizational systems? It's been working great for me!!!
i also use and like obsidian, though i basically just have one or two flat files, i'm whatever the opposite of a power user is
