it is a real fucking pain to do it regularly. you can also attach it to your computer and then import them using something like Image Capture (it doesn't show up as a drive) but also that didn't work for me
You can plug the whole switch in and have it seen as a drive; you just have to go to settings and data management (iirc) and choose something about transferring photos to PC! It shows as folders by game, and iirc videos and screenshots separate folders too. It's a couple steps, but it does feel faster than other options when it's a big stack of vids.
