Instead of leaving a package in my mailbox, on Friday, they tell me to come pick it up at a location that takes an hour for me to bus to on monday and they’ll hold it for 5 business days. Apparently i’m halfway through wasting my evening because obviously those 5 business days included the Saturday they were open but my package wasn’t available

This is like when ups somehow couldn't deliver a package of joycons to neither my house nor their own store.

this happened to me once and I called them and just kept saying 'i can't go there it's too far' and eventually they were like 'uh ok well I guess we can deliver it to a pick up point right beside where you live.' purolator sucks lol
