anyway, a photography thing i forgot i wanted to do was play around with cranking the ISO on my camera as high as possible to try to get grainier shots. I know something @nicky posted got me thinking about it but I don't remember what

Yesssss my 40D has a special “H” ISO that is effectively ISO3200 but I think it just takes the already-noisy ISO1600 and exposes for half the time and doubles all the pixel values? It is xtra crunchy
