activation queue update

we're down to under 9k users left in the queue. our goal is to have everyone activated by the time we leave for winter break (next friday), and we should be able to make that happen.

please note: while we're still checking moderation (and will be doing so during the break), we are still behind on support tickets. this will be resolved with our new hire, though.

i'm about to clock out for the week, but i just put the finishing touches on a big, new, highly-requested feature that will ship on monday. looking forward to y'all seeing it!

Quick question about the activation queue... I've seen a few people mention their space in the line hasn't visibly changed. I'm wondering if there's a bug with the display of counts, or if some people get "stuck" in the queue?

it's possible to get stuck if you haven't verified your email address, or if you hit the "cancel" button when verifying your email address. we rolled out a change today to make it more obvious to users who are stuck in that state.

unrelated/weird question, but is it possible you could release the TRPC AppRouter routes somehow? its not included in the sourcemaps because it uses import type so its not bundled, and i think it would be cool to have more info on those endpoints
