On the West: Purple Rose rejoins the lead pack as Red Rose adds another flower to it. Meanwhile, Black Tulip prevents Red Hyacinth from grabbing a second middle lane.
On the east: Red Hyacinth is reluctant about catching up to Orange Windflower as Black Lily continues to fight off the Red Hyacinth in their midst, and White Cosmo finally moves forward
Update: Not quite half-way into the race, it's hard to tell who has the edge between the Pink/Purple/Red Rose coalition spanning ~1/3 of the track; Red Hyacinth, with flowers on both sides of the track; or Orange Windlower, who has recently exploded outward and seems to be growing at an ever-increasing pace
On the west: Black Tulip blocks the two branches of Red Hyacinth from rejoining while Red Hyacinth keeps Purple Rose from clawing back too many lanes and Pink Rose adds two more sprouts.
On the east: Orange Windflower once again adds three flowers as it cuts further into White Cosmo's lanes as Black Lily continues up the outside and Orange Rose adds a flower beside Black Rose
