• A young and confused Honedge that managed to possess an Astral, Arikan's shapeshifting weapon from Copy Kitty
  • An anxious Teddiursa that negated magic powers in his vicinity (think Toma Kamijo from A Certain Magical Index, though I made this concept before I was aware of that anime) and was kept under heavy guard by a villainous organization
  • A scholarly Hydreigon whose arm-heads were still alive and had their own personalities and ability to speak (one was brash and very stereotypically hydreigon-esque, the other one was shy and bi)
  • A heavily neurodivergent Weavile who basically completely lacked killer instinct to the point where she got malnourished by insisting on only eating plants
  • A Nidoking who is trans but still enjoys acting strong, protective, and traditionally masculine in general so even people who were accepting found her pretty confusing (admittedly the point here was to put a heavy, borderline anvilicious emphasis on not conflating transness with binary gender identities)
  • A Beheeyem who committed "thought crimes" against his colony because he didn't think manipulating memories nonconsentually was ethical
  • A human pokemon trainer (lmao (but also not joking, he could use magic like a pokemon and it would eventually be revealed that it was because he was part Gardevoir))
  • A megalomaniac Mew that wasn't happy with the level of power he had already so he figured out how to infiltrate other "cinematic universes" and take advantage of the different magic systems of those universes too
  • A Hoopa. I had literally no concepts, I just love Hoopa and wanted to make one
  • A Nucleon (as in, the Pokemon Uranium eeveeution) that was part of the team of the protagonist, in a divergence of the story where they lost in the Nuclear Plant Zeta encounter with Curie and she ended up the only survivor
  • Going off the above, there was also a Baaschaf who was the son of a Baariette that was also part of that team, who blames the Nucleon for his dad being dead which just adds to the trauma for her. It's because he's young, immature and angry though and they eventually reconcile

I really need to figure out how to make characters that aren't pokemon
