how do i get my hair to grow more. it's been about this length for. years at this point and it's driving me crazy

for additional context
-i shower like every three days and i almost always dry it with a hair dryer rather than towel dry it
-i've been on 2mg of E for like 7 and a bit months now and i will probably increase my dosage in march

idk im just tired of it being like this and I've had no luck with it so far so. idk
