Every time I "install" (or update) software on Windows the installer software has roughly the visual appearance of X11 software circa 1995, and, uh, why the hell is that? Is it like a tradition now? People just expect the installer to look like that, would be disappointed if it basically looked about like how software has normally looked for the last decade?
