Started as sort of attempt to cram Desdemona into 8x8 (pic 1) for Quake 1 conchars, didn't feel the empty space so thicked it up (pic 2) before finally doing lowercase in hopefully a similar style (pic 3) instead of smallcaps

Great 90s vibes from the lowercase specimen in particular. The gradient and drop shadow really sell it as a period font.
