The pinball table in Deus Ex is a cute little prop, well remembered by fans as it acts as a hidden switch in one location in the game. Its texture work is infact some altered phototextures of the iconic Black Knight 2000 table by Williams, best known today for its absolute banger of a dynamic theme tune. For the Deus Ex texture, the artist flipped the table horizontally (which I have also done in the first provided image of the table for easier pattern recognition) shifted the colour scheme to be overall more blue, and removed any immediately identifying logos or type.
It's really funny looking back upon this era of 3D game development, where devs started using phototextures with resolutions and colour depth where they were easily identifiable and recognisable as being photographs, (the promise of photorealism Finally Achieved, Graphics have peaked!) simply because of seeing the amount of Real World Objects imported into the game world, with a very laissez faire attitude towards the notions of "copyright". Similarly, in the diner at the start of Silent Hill 1 you can find a Medieval Madness pinball table, with even less work having been done to hide the tables identity. It feels somewhat admirable to me these days, a true expression of not caring.

(Silent Hill 1 especially is a flush with recognisable brands being used everywhere in texture work, give it a gander if it's the kinda thing you fancy.)
