Dynasty Warriors 4 doesn't have this mark, but 6 does? Warriors Orochi but not Samurai Warriors 2, which Warriors Orochi is a spinoff of??
anyways me being me had an adhd moment and felt compelled to match the fonts used in that mark and recreate it in higher res, and made an english version while i was at it
