Despite Driver: Parallel Lines only referring to the car pictured above as just "Cerrano", without naming the in-universe manufacturer in the actual game or auxiliary stuff like the officially approved Prima guide, several fan wikis and community in general state that the manufacturer is "Lemire", most likely based on an interpretation of the text depicted on a quite low resolution texture with the car badge.
After failing to find a confirmation for that manufacturer name in official materials, I suspect that "Lemire" interpretation is incorrect, and trying to match the original texture, the word "Louise" fits much better shape-wise in what's most likely the original font used for that texture (Vladimir Script)

Funny enough, while looking more into this afterwards I found that one wiki page did mention "Louise" as an interpretation twice, but they still refer to the car as "Lemire Cerrano" despite that

Quake (originally released 1996; screenshot taken in the vkQuake sourceport with colored lightmaps added)

No! That is NOT Quake (1996)!
Colored lighting hasn't been introduced in Quake engine until Quake 2, and while they did touch up practically every map in the KEXQuake (2021), lighting on DM5 was kept relatively similar, so what you're showing here is a different and relatively to 1996 much later (source code wasn't released until December of 1999) custom sourceport with a separate custom "colored lightmaps" addon
