Thanks! I didn't make the font myself, it's a font from the World of Fonts collection by @cyborgurl. It's a great collection of pixel fonts. The specific font I'm using is called "Planet Gemrule," which is pixel perfect at multiples of 8 pts. I've got it set to 24 pts.
I make the squares by hand in Affinity Photo. Since setting the font to white makes it invisible against near-white album art, I've also added a 2px black drop shadow at a 45° offset as a layer effect. I figure that in the handful of cases where that's not quite enough to make it easy to read, I've also included the album information in the body of the post.
