Alright, let's do this one last time.
I go by Barry or Berg online (here's a little secret, berg is just short for barry derg). I'm nonbinary agender (they/it/him), study computer science, and make furry art digitally as a hobby; a lot of it's been posted here with added rambles
I don't have a particular website I want to move to at the moment. I'll list all of my accounts below anyway, when/if I do settle on something I'll just make an update post on all of these lol
Where To Find Me
-
Carrd with my Links: https://bergderg.carrd.co/
-
Itaku (ill update it someday): @bergdergy

(my personal rambles follow below)
I'll miss this website. Now that I'm forced to look at alternatives, I'm realising how much I depended on Cohost and how much of a comfy place it was to post. The internet feels hostile as a whole now, and it feels like a binary choice between being extremely exposed and constantly swept away by algorithms, or sticking to extremely limited circles with no discoverability. Honestly, I feel lost.
Right now I'm prioritising setting up an RSS feed, and while it's a great idea for Viewing, it's not a great solution for Posting, or just social interactions in general. That I'll have to look into further, but can't say there's anything that appeals to me at the moment.
Still. Thank you for the company, all. Wishing all the best for everyone, wherever they're headed. ๐
