Yeah, I think u have a point. However, It's still good to know which brands on some level support the Israeli occupation, and look for alternatives when possible - which is pretty often actly - but maybe saying "you should never ever buy these brands" does come off as unreasonable. Especially considering how without actively checking one could end up just buying into a different brand that still supports the occupation.
As for the targeted nature of BDS, yeah. Maybe I could've made it more clear that this wasn't trying to distract from its movement, and actually encourage and give attention to it - which's why I linked it - on a site with few posts about the ongoing genocide and Palestinian liberation movement. I'll be more thoughtful with what I post and why, going forward. Think I'll delete the original post
