No, a fridge will stay cool for a long while, just try not to open it too much while the power is off.
Leave it closed and it will keep cool enough for a while. When the power comes back on, check the stuff that's in there to see if it's started to smell bad. If you have milk or other dairy products in there, they're the ones that are likely to go bad first. Meat too, depending on how old it is
