he'll give you the golden spyglass once held by the notorious pirate Black Angus. the spyglass will allow you to see the spectral lighthouse that stands upon the cape. venture up its winding spiral stairs and at the summit you'll meet a great Bird who makes its nest there. the Bird will grant you one boon. reject any offer of love or worldly wealth and instead ask only for one of its feathers. an oil can be extracted from the feather and, once strained of mites, can be brewed into a tea reputed to cause... changes.....
