Yeah, I know some people think the idea of "futanari" is a step toward trans inclusivity, and in the right context maybe it can be, but it always felt weird to me. Like, the idea is that futas can have a girldick and an erection, so that can be an interesting fantasy, but then, why not include actual trans people in your game? It just seem like the writers like the sexual fetish of a woman with a prick, but they don't want to make any "political statement" like, that trans people deserve right for instance. So essentially, the writers are catering to chasers. And allowing bigots to enjoy their game.
Yeah I very much agree. I'm not necessarily against coming up with fictional arrangements of genitals or whatever but it does often feel like people who are into anime or horny parts of the internet think that having trans characters is controversial or political in a way that having a "futa" isn't it, and that sucks
