I used to watch her on Channel Awesome. I've kind of stop watching her video because her taste and mine don't align, but I still think she is cool. Also, I vaguely remember that when she left Channel Awesome, she asked that people stop calling her Obscurus Lupa because it's not a pseudonym she liked or something. To be clear, I might be remembering this wrong, and it happened years ago, so I'm not calling you out or something.
that makes sense yeah. I know a LOT of people seem to have been treated quite badly by Channel Awesome and wanted to divorce themselves from the persona they were pushed into having (for example, the Nostalgia Chick/Lindsay Ellis). i don't really know any of the details in Allison's case but i won't call her the other name going forward now that i know she doesn't like it
