not me not eating enough as a teenager because i vaguely didn't want to get any taller
i am 6'2" (1.88 m) which is enough to make me tied with my twin for tallest person in my family
i did all of these things. i guess it kind of worked for me because only 5'8", about the same height as half of my cisters.
