Turns out, its a very specific counterpotion! It gives the user the status effect "unconcious", but only if they were in a cooldown timer for the Norvasc spell at the time.

Real shit! A chemical i cant remember that's naturally present in grapefruits causes some blood pressure medications to linger around too long and work a little too well! Best to avoid them if you're on one!
also gotta be careful with cough syrups and other cold meds, they can fuck around with BP meds nasty like.
