it's a go-gurt situation: using ordinary mayonnaise nasally is entirely possible. flonase is packaged and formulated to flow more easily into the sinuses and nasal cavity
Ah but mayo has an i in the -naise, implying that it’s actually meant to be delivered up to your eyes through the nasal sinus cavity.
