I sometimes wonder if the key to a better future is to exploit the Hell out of those useless parents and inundate them with ideas to "fix" their babies that will help the next generation grow up resenting their eugenics-lite parents and enjoy decent stuff (because their parents exposed them to it) instead of obsessing about productivity...
