- Winston Smith now works at a social media company called FaceFriend. He is still responsible for altering historical records, but he does so by editing posts on FaceFriend, rather than rewriting newspaper articles.
- Added a feature where the telescreens can monitor your heart rate and blood pressure while watching pornography. If either goes too high, the telescreen automatically calls emergency services.
- Fix OOB exploit that allowed some readers to escape Room 101
- Improved performance by removing unnecessary descriptions of emotions and feelings
- Changed the ending to show Winston and Julia completely reformed by the torture. They no longer feel like rebelling against the government, and instead focus on living life to its fullest.
- Replaced 'rat torture' scene with a dialogue where Winston and O'Brien agree that rats are very cool.
- Fixed test version of Goldstein spawning during nature sequence
- Increased the size of the telescreen in Winston's room to 65 inches
- Completely redesigned the Ministry of Love after user feedback that it was "too drab"
