Was checking out the local horse-themed development (Steeplechase Blvd, Equine Run, Track Way, Yearling Way, Gate Ct) and, yeah, it's a little more expensive than the nearby development that has street names like "Elma Ave.", "Beechwood Ave.", "Center Ave." and "Pinewwald Ln.", but then I ran across a development I didn't know about locally that seems to be about as expensive as the horsey place with street names of - seriously, I kid you not - "Tomahwk Dr.", "Cherokee Trail", "Arrowhead Dr.", "Mohawk Trail", and "Shawnee Trail".
