He’s not too dusty at all, actually! Like if he’s preening there will be a lil’ cloud of dander coming off of him when he shakes off at the end, but it’s nothing close to eg a mealy amazon AFAIK. We don’t have any issue with it (though to be fair we really like bird smell, heh)
