I mean, I never really thought of that. Yeah, he's a millionaire, but he also looks like a werewolf. In the 18th century? 19th century? He can't go out and spend his wealth, he'll be shot and taxidermied.
more to the point, he can't send his servants out to do it because they've been turned into fucking silverware and furniture
(as if their jobs didn't define their lives enough already)
