every single professional writer is seeing alan wake 2 and going "wow this guy is trapped in a nightmare dimension and he has to write his own way out... he is just like me fr fr fr" yes
i have had one story published in like a real magazine but also i've had horrible writer's block for like a year and also i recently bought a typewriter
anyway did you know it's basically impossible to make like any money as a writer? i got paid 1 pound per 100 words (the magazine is based in scotland) and it worked out to about $50 for years of reformulating a story idea and 5 hours of writing it and another 5 hours of revision and going back and forth with the editor
but also my real actual legal name is on that story so i haven't plugged it online to avoid doxxing myself
