Under a Wittgensteinian analysis, this is indeed a wheelchair and wheelchairs do not literally need to have a chair component

this implies taurs would have at least three distinct kinds of wheel-based assistive device
Given that there's physically more that can go wrong, I think that there would also be more mobility devices makes sense
