A new study recently published in the journal for ovarian entomology JOE finds that the population of eggbugs has significantly increased over the past few months.
The researchers note that while eggbugs tend to be shy and stay hidden in the wild they thrive in obscure tags such as # eggbug or # eggbug plush where they can be safely observed.
If you encounter an eggbug yourself it is recommended that you chost it into one or more of these tags so that it can be reunited with its kind.
