i used to watch House with my parents as a kid and i vaguely remember an episode that probably didn't age well where it turned out a rude lady was having health issues bc she was intersex and didn't know it but i think the show kind of presented it as "haha here's her comeuppance this snooty lady was actually a guy and didnt know it haha"
