of all the ones ive played, tainted samson is my least fav easily. do appreciate there are worse ones to come tho.
i dont like berserk is the main thing. while i enjoy being melee in isaac, like being the forgotten or getting spirit sword, i hate that berserk causes your playstyle to suddenly change. going from shooting and probably keeping distance + dodging to having to run in there and go ham is all well and good on floor clearing, but it just causes me to get hit on bosses. just find it annoying honestly.
his birthright makes the bonus berserk time on kill go up, but i'd have rather it make berserk controlled. like turns it into an active or something
