genuinely really loved being on this site, the amount of peace of mind of not even having to perceive Twitter was great and just log in here ever now and then throughout the week was just Nice. Honestly I really really don't want to go back and I don't think I will, at least in any super active capacity. Not right now.

I don't really have any active social media presence but I do have a Furaffinity account which might be the next best thing if you want to keep up with my art.

If we're mutuals here then please don't feel shy about dropping a friend request on Discord (but pls include a message if your username is different than here) which is in the profile sidebar

There's still a little time before October 1st and I hope I can still regularly use the site how I always have until then, and who knows maybe this is the thing that'll give me the kick in the rear to get my own site up and running too. I hope if that happens I'll be able to make one last post to link to it for anyone here before the end.

It has RSS too now!!! Didn't want to share the site without having RSS working, seems like that's the most important part to get up as a replacement to following a social media profile. Needless to say it is still incredibly barebones but I'll be chipping away at it over the week, the biggest hurdle is always starting

Yes! It feels so good to have a much more complete reference now! The last version I'd been using had been missing some obvious things like my glasses as well as some details that had changed like the way my zipper is drawn

This site really was webbed, loved the lack of numbers and it gave me the resolve to really put social media as it is behind me and to do more fulfilling stuff with my time and presence that would have been discouraged otherwise. I'm going to miss this place, though I hope another one will come around eventually where I'll get to greet some familiar faces all over again.

In the meantime I've defnitely felt happy working on my Neocities page, a personal blog has been one of those I'll Get to It Someday projects of mine for years and I'm so happy that I have it now. I think I'm definitely over the idea of needing a Capital P Presence just because I'm an artist online. What's made me happiest posting here (and likewise on a blog) has always been my long winded posts on thoughts I've had on topics I think are Neat (like the 3DS AR cards post, one of my first). Been following a lot of RSS feeds, which is something I never thought I'd do since RSS seemed so alien just a few weeks ago.

Any future Presence plans I have are mostly on the blog side of things, still going to be uploading to FA when I have art to share (might look into Weasyl too? Idk). And I hope I can get back to streaming regularly someday, I really liked doing that but I just got busy and haven't really stopped being busy enough to have the time when I have the energy or energy when I have the time. Unfortunate but hope I'll be able to do something soon enough, still have that capture card I only used once ack
