If you're like me, then you're a bit like a cat: you fall asleep best when people are talking around you, but not at you. I imagine classroom lectures were always hard for you; they certainly were for me. Fortunately, I'm making Enthusiastic Rest, a show to talk you to sleep with an endless stream of words about nothing important. Aside from this trailer, nothing is scripted; I'll just be talking at length about a topic of my choice for as long as I can chatter. Transcripts will be available at cohost.org/enthusiastic-rest for those who are actually interested in the topic, but hey, no pressure; your sleep comes first.
