I think the funniest part about ruby is that she was as BLUNT as my unconscious mind could get with the "hey dipshit you're trans" thing. The colors? Blue. White. Pink. The species? Shark. Blahaj. Genner? Girl. Backstory? Used to be a human guy, went to a less-than-reputable genemodding clinic - Popped out as as-close-to-sharkgirl as possible, losing an arm in the process.
