i have now managed to do TWO (2) pullups in a row on three consecutive pull days so i guess i'm back to just being “the girl who cries herself to sleep a lot for no reason and also sometimes freaks out at 4am about OH NO WHAT IF I TOOK OUT THE RECYCLING, SOMEHOW, WRONG??”
they were neutral grip on rings tho, the thing that's halfway between a pull up bar pull up and chin up it's gonna be quite a while before i manage a full wide standard grip pull up my shoulder blades simply don't work right but like they're getting there very slowly
