can't tell if my new goofy plan of “do a couple sets each of 3 different shoulder fly variations with small weights every day for no reason” is accomplishing it's nominal primary goal of building up deltoid bulk ( i've been doing this for like a couple days it's too early to tell ) but!

holy shit the impact on my shoulder mobility and opening up my right shoulder / upper back / chest that've been super messed up and causing my huge problems for years

has been fuckin' wild. i shoulda done this like a million years ago ooooops

yeah. but also. like it turns out finding the correct diet and exercise is its own special hell lmao ( i have been doing so many things and it turns out i should have been doing something i just kinda gave up on a decade ago as frivolous instead oooops )
