the first like day or so after i eat a bunch of carbohydrates my face always looks all smooth and youthful and nice and i assume this is due to the pure childlike joy of eating an entire grocery store chocolate roll cake or maybe it is just water retention who can say it's probably the pure childlike joy tho right like it's gotta be?

unfortunately the ketones maybe really have been helping with brain fog and oof wow i feel like someone scooped out all of my brains with a very tiny espresso spoon and filled my skull with that fluffy fibrous yellow glass insulation you know the kind that you accidentally get covered in and then you're like “anyone want a huuuug???” while absolutely shimmering in glass fragments but then no one wants a hug even tho everyone knows you give like pretty good hugs? that kind of insulation?

but also probably that'll be mostly back to normal tomorrow and entirely back to normal after i get one good cardio work out in and also probably my musculature will be a little beefier and stuff so like once in a while it's fine


implementing a new rule where every time i drink a Tasty Water i have to put salt in it. gonna be so much less ..... feeling extremely bad and also tired all the time maybe!

also maybe having more electrolytes in me will make me less incredibly sweaty all the time that seemed to work before but also if i overdo it the amount of excessively sweaty i still am starts stinging my eyes so like it's a delicate balance

also thank god i'm a dyke And a jock or i'd never be able to get away with being like this lmaooooo
