Just ask around! Knock on every door until someone gives you answers, that's what I've been doing. You'll never know who you'll meet along the way! I found at least one person who pulled her own tooth out and sold it to me on the spot. I spent the rest of the evening feeding her grapes, shoving them one by one through her newfound "grape hole".
