I've been going through Jump series recently and for the first time, I'm reading through Dragon Ball. From my read through, I have determined that Launch is perfect. For those unaware, Launch has multiple personalities. One is dark-haired and gentle. The other is blonde and only wants to do violent crimes.

She was a minor character who existed solely for jokes, which means as the series progressed from comedy to superpowered martial arts, Launch got lost in the shuffle. It's a shame.
