hmmm. Much like how pee is stored in the balls, progressiveness and feminism are stored in the boobs. And this is like asking what balls have the most pee in them. I don't have it in me to do a comprehensive enough survey to produce a satisfactory answer.

I will simply say that every set of boobs is somebody's favorite, and that's enough for me.
