does anyone else deliberately seek out the weirdest shit out of the grocery store clearance bin (and/or grocery outlet if you live in a region serviced by them) for the thrill of trying something you would otherwise never, ever buy as part of your normal food buying routine
usually it's overpriced stuff for rich people marked down like 50-70% because nobody's fucking buying that shit lol and sometimes it's nice to have a fancy little treat and feel like a fancy little lad without spending that much more money as you would a normal, boring food item
other times the things i buy leave me wondering who the fuck would pay full price for this shit because the flavor is mid at best, cooking instructions are more trouble than it's worth, and/or the portions are comically small. it's in the clearance bin for a reason
