CVS' system is a bit weird and makes you choose a date and then a location while Walgreens gives you the earliest dates with location right away. Got a slot next Friday so hopefully people can get their shot!
Kaiser Permanente is expecting to get the new stuff in “mid-September”: https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/health-wellness/coronavirus-information/vaccine-appointments
Meanwhile, for those of us who prefer Novavax*, we've got to wait an unknown amount of time longer for FDA to approve their new one: https://ir.novavax.com/press-releases/Novavax-Continues-to-Work-with-the-US-FDA-on-Authorization-of-2024-2025-Formula-COVID-19-Vaccine
*I have had both Pfizer and Moderna shots. Many people get those and have minimal side effects, but they both hit me super hard over multiple days, Moderna especially, whereas Novavax had me napping for a day. So I'm going to hold out and get this year's Novavax, assuming that becomes possible.
