The premise is a fantasy in a couple senses of the word: For one thing, it's an isekai—our protagonist is summoned to another world by magical means. For another, the person doing the summoning is a voluptuous queen who wants a prince consort to continue her bloodline.

What this story actually is is a rather interesting political drama in a magical setting.
It's an isekai in which a doctor from our-world Japan finds himself in a world inhabited by dragons, chimeras, elves, dwarves, cat-people such as the one above, and regular ol' humans. The newly-arrived doctor brings with him a surprisingly large but still finite inventory of medical supplies, which he uses to perform surgeries and render other medical aid… and thereby completely upend the health care system (such as it is) of the world he's arrived in.
