I know the fix for this, go to notifications in settings, tap advanced setting, special permissions. Under adaptive notifications, set it to none. The adaptive notifs drains battery unnecessarily, and batches notification to like, 5 before it gives them to you.
mine doesnt have that. it isnt a notification issue, its not receiving the messages. i hate computer so fucking much
