somethin weird going on with my main tape deck. rw/ff both get progressively slower the farther along they go. all the belts are new within the last year or so, so i must have used too tight a belt somewhere or something. or maybe it needs lubrication. i didnt properly remove old lube and replace it except for a few spots when i was working on it originally because everything was working fine. so it could be either of those i think. or an idler tire! could be the idler. actually thinking on it thats probably it. we'll see
