youre not dumb, i am simply arranging my chosts to amuse myself instead of for maximum readability (and often very high). i talk out loud as a way to organize my thoughts and intentions, to prevent them getting lost in the face of autism/adhd/trauma et al making me very vulnerable to overstimulation.
oh i talk in my head a lot because there’ll always be noise and voices there no matter what, so they might as well be mine
