I need to indulge my Anatomy Pedantry for a hot second: this upside-down charlatan is hissing lies from his Voldo pose. The red-circled portions are what's known as the "vertebral processes" of the individual vertebrae (a "process" in osteological lingo is basically a long, distinct outcropping of bone). They're the bumpy parts of the spine that you can easily identify on someone's back. The very important physiological thing about the vertebral processes in this context is that if you attempt to "extend" your spine (that is, move it backwards in the sagittal plane) more than a few degrees, the vertebral processes will collide, giving the spine what's known as a "hard anatomical limit" on the amount of extension it can perform. Conversely, the spine has FAR fewer safeguards on the amount of "flexion" (forward movement in the sagittal plane) it can perform.

[squats down to reach eye-level with the inverted liar, coincidentally providing a visual proof of how much easier it is to bring the spine into a position of extreme flexion]

You dumb mother fucker. You stupid mother fucker.
